X-AdvancedCustomerReviews module

Advanced Customer Reviews module forces customers to write a review if they want to rate a product. Also it's possible to allow reviews for those only who bought the product and to show whether a review author is a verified product owner. Other key features of the module are as follows:

• Approved/Pending/Rejected statuses for reviews with an ability to set the initial status;
• "Advantages" and "Disadvantages" blocks for a review;
• "Was the above review useful to you?" feature;
• a side section showing most recent, most useful or random reviews;
• an AJAX popup with the detailed product rating information;
• "Read all reviews" page for customers;
• "Customer Reviews" page for the site admin with the thorough search and the ability to manage reviews;
• an email notification for the site admin when a review is posted;
• "Post your review" email reminder for buyers. It's sent in several days (configurable) after an order is Completed and only once for a SKU.

1. If you order our installation & configuration service, we will adapt the module to any minor version of 4.1-4.3 branches at no additional charge. Your store must not be heavily customized, though.

2. Please note that the module for X-Cart v4.1.12, 4.2.3 and 4.3.2 is distributed without an installation script, i.e. manual installation is required. If feel you are not skilled enough to perform it on your own, we recommend you to order our installation service.
