X-Cart feature tour: Sales Analysis & Tracking

1. Number of orders   Top
X-Cart allows to show information about the orders placed at your store recently. All the orders are sorted by their status (Processed, Failed/Declined, Not finished, Queued) there. You can find out how many orders of each kind you got since your last log in, today, this week and this month. You can view the detail list of the order placed the last and modify it.

You can search for your customers' orders using the built-in search engine. You can list all your orders or filter orders by certain criteria. X-Cart provides two types of search: basic and advanced. Basic search allows you to search for orders by the date/period when they were placed. Advanced search allows you to specify additional search parameters so the search results will be more accurate.

X-Cart enables you to manage user profiles of different account types, such as customers, administrators, and providers (X-Cart PRO).

3. Product views   Top
You can see which products in a specific category were viewed during a certain period and how many times each of these products was viewed.

4. Category views   Top
You can see what categories in your store were viewed the most often during a specified period. You can always find out which level of the category tree you are at and move between the levels of your category tree using the navigation bar.

5. Products removed from cart by customers   Top
X-Cart allows to show how many times each of the products was deleted from a customer's shopping cart after being placed in there.

6. Sales by product / best sellers   Top
X-Cart allows to display statistics on what products were purchased in your store the most often and what categories got the most views. You can find out how many products sold during today, this week and this month. You can view the detail list of the sold product the last and modify it.

7. Total sales   Top
X-Cart allows you to see how many products were sold during a specified period.

8. Client environment settings   Top
Client environment settings
X-Cart allows you to get statistics about what kind of computers your customers use to access your store (browser, platform, screen resolution, ability to use Java, JavaScript and cookies). This information can help you to build your online store so that it could look and function its best for the majority of your customers. You can find out what sites referred visitors to your store most effectively.

9. Statistics on search patterns customers use when searching products   Top
X-Cart allows you to get statistics on what your customers tried to find in your store during the past period.
