— Just ignored the issues unless a customer complained. Tracking late deliveries and errors in shipping invoices as well as claiming refunds for each of the revealed issues would require a lot of resources. So we just left our money unclaimed.
Q2: How did you know about the service and how long have you been using it?
— In 2016, I accidentally found the addon in X-Cart Marketplace. The sign-up and setup process took just a few minutes. Since then, we’ve been successfully using the feature and don’t plan to disable it.
Q3: What is the best thing you like about 71lbs?
